The House ...
The Atlantic .... The Blasket Islands ... Beaches for children ...
The house is ideally situated overlooking the literary and historic Blasket Islands, the romantic Atlantic ocean and near a couple of sandy beaches that are ideal for children, and is perfect for some mountain walks or enjoying part of the Kerry Way.
Come and Enjoy the comfort of this traditional refurbished and modern yet old world former farmhouse. There is an ensuite in each of the three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, an open fire, and a fire-stove in the spacious living room/lounge.
The views are beautiful - whether from the lounge, the front bedrooms or the patio. They all overlook the majestic Blasket Islands, the wild and romantic Atlantic ocean, the attractive Sliabh an Iolair (Mount Eagle) mountain, the smaller yet equally attractive Cnoc Mháirtín (Martin’s Hill), and the sleepy quiet Dún Chaoin countryside.
Comineol beach, where Ryan's Daughter was filmed, is less than 2 km away, while a superb Smerrick Beach is beside Ballyferriter, not more than 7 km away.
The house accommodates up to six adults or a compliment of both adults and children.
